5. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number when booking a call with us, we may send you a text message confirming the appointment you scheduled. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per appointment booked. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@synchrosocial.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Social Media Platform Integrations (Including TikTok)

Our Services let you connect your social media accounts — including TikTok — so we can publish and schedule content to those accounts on your behalf. When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize us through TikTok's official login and consent flow, and we (together with our authorized API provider) access and store only what is needed to provide the Service:

• Basic account information returned by TikTok, such as the account's open ID, display name, and avatar, used to identify the connected account.
• Secure access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, used solely to publish or schedule the content you approve. These are stored securely and are never sold or used for advertising.
• The videos, images, captions, and post settings you choose to publish through the Service.

We use this access only to publish or schedule content that you or your authorized team members have approved. Our access to, use of, and transfer of information received from the TikTok APIs adhere to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Data Sharing Agreement. You can revoke our access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & permissions → Manage app permissions) or by emailing hello@synchrosocial.com, after which we stop accessing the account and delete the associated tokens.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Unsubscribe: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

• Cookies: Adjust your browser settings to manage cookie preferences.
