Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required upfront or according to an agreed payment plan before Services are delivered. Due to the digital, creative, and consultative nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed.

No Guarantees or Promised Results

We do not guarantee results, audience growth, engagement, or financial outcomes. Performance depends on many factors including your niche, consistency, content quality, market conditions, and your own actions. Any testimonials or case studies are illustrative and not a guarantee of similar results.

Acceptable Use

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute our content, systems, or materials without permission.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Violate intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Use cloned voices, avatars, or content in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner.
• Harass or harm other users, clients, or team members.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, systems, templates, avatars, and materials provided by SynchroSocial LLC remain the property of SynchroSocial LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Any unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Client Likeness and AI Usage

By providing your image, voice, or likeness, you grant SynchroSocial LLC permission to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. You represent that you have the rights and consent necessary to provide such materials. We do not claim ownership over your likeness.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform availability, performance, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SynchroSocial LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages resulting from the use of our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SynchroSocial LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or improper use of generated content.

SMS and Text Messaging Program

Program description. When you book a social media strategy call through our website, you provide your mobile phone number as part of scheduling that appointment. We use it to send you a text message confirming the appointment you selected. We do not use it to send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per appointment booked.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Synchro Social does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@synchrosocial.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
